Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Her most famous role was in the role of Skyler on AMC's drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She performed the roles of Jean Ward and Martha Bullock as well in The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell in Love with Acting in preparation for her first performance before moving to Ohio. Theatre studies was at Northwestern University. A semester was completed in the British American Drama Academy. Anna started her acting career with Chicago-area theaters for a couple of years. She then moved on to film and television. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. Anna continued to be in film and television shows like Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others until late the 1990's. Anna was later cast in The Practice as Jean Ward. Martha Bullock, a character which she played for two years in Deadwood's second season. Skyler was Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully as well as Deadwood was another film she appeared in. Gunn was on stage in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn was in the role of the character Numbered Days in a four-part audio series that was released in 2022. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The drama's tension and final end reflect the final years that were the life of Walter White.
